Join us for a special edition of LLELA’s monthly River Care event, The Great Revival!

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, we’ll be hosting a large-scale river cleanup at LLELA Nature Preserve. This one-day effort will focus on restoring the riverbank area by removing litter and debris that impact wildlife, water quality, and the visitor experience.

All tools and supplies will be provided. Please wear sturdy, weather-appropriate clothing and bring your own refillable water bottle. Volunteers of all ages are welcome. Advance registration is required for this event; entry fee is waived for participating volunteers!

Meeting location:
Volunteers will meet at the river outlet area inside LLELA Nature Preserve at 8:00 a.m.
