Hedrick House is a mid-1900s home that was originally designed by O'Neil Ford and has been restored to its former glory and honors the architect's vision of mid-century modern design.  Renovated to meet your meeting and event needs, the facility has a large catering kitchen, indoor and outdoor event space, and small breakout rooms. The facility was designed for both family and corporate functions and can serve up to 150 people. It features a spacious kitchen equipped for catering and a staging area, allowing seamless service to the space. 

Designed to maximize natural light, the house features large windows that showcase stunning backyard views. The spacious outdoor patio provides an inviting gathering space, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
