2025 Private Pool Rental Information
Office Hours for the Parks and Recreation Department are
Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Fridays 7:30-11:30 a.m.
Lewisville Resident Reservations -Opens Tuesday, March 25
● Sun Valley Aquatic Center will begin accepting private pool reservations exclusively for
Lewisville residents.
● Proof of residency is required for all reservations made before March 28.
Accepted Residency Documents:
● Valid Texas Driver’s License with a current Lewisville address
● City of Lewisville water bill
● Current apartment lease listing a Lewisville address and the name of the reserving party
Open Reservations - Opens Friday, March 28
● Reservations will be open to everyone starting at 7:30 AM.
● Reservations must be made online.

After Hours Private and Partybrella Rentals
After-Hours Package: $500 (plus $100 deposit)
Includes:
- Two-hour private rental of entire facility
- Available on designated throughout summer
- Saturdays & Sundays only
- 6:30-8:30 p.m.
- Rental fees include all staffing costs
- Up to 700 guests
The facility will enforce the same rules as during public hours.
Capacity: 700 persons
Available from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on specified dates listed below:
June: 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29
July: 5, 6, 12, 13, 20, 26, 27
*Aug.: 2, 3, 9, 10
*August rental dates are subject to staff availability and are not guaranteed
