Located at 535 W. College Street on the east side of I-35E, Wayne Frady Park offers a dynamic space for families and individuals to enjoy a variety of recreational activities. The park features a full basketball court, a newly updated playground, and a 0.95-mile paved walking trail. The picnic pavilion is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
Additionally, the park is home to the Old Town Splash Park, a state-of-the-art interactive spray park with 90 unique features, providing a thrilling water experience for kids and families alike.
Whether you're looking to shoot some hoops, let the kids explore the playground, or cool off at the splash park, Wayne Frady Park is a great destination for outdoor fun in Lewisville.

Rental Information:
Picnic Pavilion
The park pavilion has a rental fee of $75 per day with a deposit of $50. The deposit and full cost of rental is due upon reservation.
Grills are not provided at any of the pavilions. This park is an ideal location for family or group picnics, birthday parties, small weddings and more.
