The City of Lewisville offers a variety of sports programs and facilities for youth, adults, and seniors, providing opportunities for recreation, skill development, and community connection.
Youth Sports Programs
Lewisville partners with local leagues and associations to provide organized sports for children and teens:
- LBSA Youth Baseball & Softball – Fundamental skill development and team play for all experience levels.
- LFA Youth Football - Instructional and competitive opportunities for youth football players.
- GLASA Youth Soccer - Recreational and competitive soccer programs.
- UCC Youth Cricket - Organized matches and skill development for youth cricket players.
These programs focus on sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill building.
Adult Sports Leagues
Adults can participate in a range of recreational and competitive leagues, including:
- Softball
- Cornhole
- Basketball
Leagues are open to individuals and teams and provide opportunities for fitness, competition, and social engagement.
Senior Sports
Lewisville’s Senior Softball program offers players age 50+ the chance to stay active, socialize, and enjoy friendly competition.
Sports Facilities
Lewisville maintains high-quality sports facilities to support local leagues and tournaments:
- Soccer: 18 lighted fields
- Football: 2 lighted fields
- Baseball/Softball: 14 lighted fields
- Cricket: 3 pitches, including a scenic pitch at Lake Park (unlit, ideal for daytime matches)
All other fields are equipped with lighting for evening play.
